The Wylde Beet is the vision of one of my best friends, Sloan Storey. A plant-based food truck turned cafe that has a simple mission: feed people good food with the community and a greater impact in mind. It's off to a killer start, and I wanted to bring Sloan on to share in more depth the background, story, and mission behind the Beet.
