Welcome, ladies and gentleboys, to the inaugural episode of In The Flow. In The Flow is a weekly podcast for those of us who find flow through conversations on evidence-based nutrition for athletes and beyond to fuel bodies, minds, and adventure through good food and meaningful movement.
I'm Jackson Long, the host of this show, and in this first episode, I introduce the purpose and mission behind In The Flow.
